Return and Refund Policy

This section refers to High Society’s hair care range 

We are happy to offer a return and a full refund on any product you have purchased from us within 14 days of the date of purchase.  To qualify for a full refund, items must be in original and unused condition.  
We do not offer refunds simply for a change of mind.

If you received any products that are damaged or faulty please contact us to arrange and exchange or replacement. 

If you experience any allergic reactions to the High Society products, please stop use immediately.

In this rare and unfortunate situation, we will accept the return of the product. 

Permitted by law, please provide us with a photo of the reaction and proof of purchase. We request the product not be more than 20% used.
